Mia Farrow (Rosemary), no filme de Roman Polanski Ouvi o audiobook abaixo: Opinião:  Rosemary's Baby  é o primeiro livro do género "terror" que me atrevi a tocar. Ouvi o audiobook completo, disponível no  Youtube . Trata-se do segundo livro publicado por Ira Levin em 1966, e vendeu milhões de cópias, despertando o mercado da época para o potencial lucrativo do género. Creio que a adaptação para o cinema, em 1968 por Roman Polanski, tenha ajudado a imortalizar esta dona de casa dos anos 60, bem como a realidade dos nova iorquinos nessa década. Segundo o livro nos leva a crer, não é fácil encontrar um lugar decente para viver no centro de Nova Iorque nos anos 60. O casal Woodhouse acabou de alugar um apartamento a custo, mas são surpreendidos pela notícia de que está um outro disponível, com 4 quartos, construção pré-II guerra e vista para Oeste do Central Park.
